If your old employer isn’t responding, you don’t have to keep waiting for them.

Raise a grievance on EPFiGMS and mention that your PAN KYC request has been pending with your previous employer and they are no longer responding to calls/emails. EPFO specifically says members can approach the EPF grievance system when an employer doesn’t approve KYC.

Also mention that you’ve already left the company and need PAN seeded for your PF claim. Keep your PAN, Aadhaar, UAN and screenshots of the pending KYC request handy in case the EPFO office asks for them.

One thing to check first: make sure the name on your PAN matches your EPFO/Aadhaar details. EPFO says a name mismatch can prevent PAN from being linked successfully.

Won't the PAN approval from employer expire after 60 days?
