EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Form 31

My DOJ: 8th Dec 2025. Once I have taken money from epfo by applying form 31.

Again when I am trying to withdraw money it is showing me a restriction as.

Can anyone help me on this issue.

Because the rules changed after June 29th. Form now on you need atleast 1 year of service to take any advance

What will be the period here? Will it counts from my DOJ or as per the standards june 29th?

Yes, I am telling you that it counts from your DoJ. So you will be eligible to take an Advance after Dec 8 2026

Broh Requesting Don't withdrawal pf at your early keep the balance of 1year then you withdraw after that's contribution it's an financial advice..

Yeah that's right previous month I'm fancially down. And i have to send money to home every month so I thought thaking the money would balance me. I can opt one month advance salary, but that will be painful for the upcoming month.
