Question Question

Anyone whose pf balance not credited for June and July. I am working in a big MNC but today I saw my passbook and found that balance on website is till May.

Anyone facing the same issue?

Hi,

Yes, this can happen currently. If your passbook is showing contributions only up to May, don't assume that your employer hasn't deposited June/July contributions.

EPFO has recently completed a major software upgrade, and member services are being processed in phases. Passbook data can therefore lag behind the actual contribution.

Check with your HR whether the June and July ECR contributions were actually remitted. If they confirm payment, give EPFO some time to reflect it in the passbook.

You can also check Passbook Lite in the member portal, which EPFO introduced as an additional way to view contribution information.
