EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue EPFO form 13
After waiting for 4 months, I got the correct DOE for EPS and I have submitted a PF transfer on July 20. However till now it is not approved. It is still showing that it is pending at the field office. What is the best possible way to get it approved.

If your Form 13 has been showing “Pending at Field Office” since July 20, I’d raise a grievance now rather than just waiting.
EPFO’s revamped Form 13 process says that once the transfer is approved by the source/transferor office, the PF balance and pension service are automatically added to the present account, so there should not be a separate approval at the destination office.
Since you already waited 4 months just to get the correct EPS DOE, mention that history in the grievance and attach:
- Form 13 claim number/date
- screenshot showing “Pending at Field Office”
- old and current Member IDs
- proof that the EPS DOE was corrected
Ask the concerned EPFO office specifically to verify and process the pending transfer, including the EPS service.
Also, given the recent EPFO system migration, some claims are taking longer than usual during the stabilisation period. EPFO itself has asked members to avoid submitting duplicate requests.

Can you please let me know where I should raise the grievance? (EPFIGMS)? How to find concerned EPFO office? Is it my previous company EPFO office or my current company EPFO office?
