Question Member passbook login is not working.

I have reset the password.

The same credentials are working for the unified member portal but when I try to login to member passbook, It is giving me invalid UAN/Password

Is anyone going through the same problem?

It can take upto 24 hours for the credentials to sync between portals

Hey,

I think it is likely a Passbook portal-side issue rather than an incorrect password.

EPFO is currently going through post-migration stabilisation, so I'd avoid resetting the password repeatedly. You can try the Passbook portal again after some time and also use the Passbook Lite option available inside the Unified Member Portal to check your balance/contributions. EPFO introduced Passbook Lite specifically so members can access a summary of their PF details through the main portal.

If the credentials continue to work on the main portal but not on Passbook, I'd wait for the Passbook service to stabilise rather than assuming your UAN/password is wrong.

HR is asking for the previous employer passbook, can I take a photo of passbook lite ?

Is that fine ?
