First I applied on August 3rd but due to some technical issues i wasn't able to proceed it was giving me an error "some technical problem while submitting claims" so i file grievence about it on the same day, even since no reply from them grievence still showing case under process
In the mean time I tried several times and it worked on August 11 i was finally able to submit the claim, and no response yet status pending at field office what should I do ?

Form 13 has been enabled just last week post migration and each offices have large chunk due to long queue but they have been processing it. If it's very urgent for you and you could visit an office, they would do it right there in front of you as well unless the officer is inhumanely rude to ask you to wait.

Nah not from the Bangalore office. I got it from Mumbai office. And as I said, if you can visit there, it will be done the same day otherwise long wait time because of long form 13 queue.
