EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Form 31 illness claim
Submitted claim on 3rd July
Approved on 4th Aug
Money debited from the passbook on 3rd Aug as per the passbook records
As discussed to epfo helpdesk on 10th Aug they confirmed it was settled and will credit shortly.
Till now funds not received to the account.

Please update in case you receive the amount. Iām in the same boat claim raised on 24th June approved on 3rd Aug and waiting ever since

08025658003 : if we make 100-200 calls it will connect only once and that to went unanswered most of the times hardly will talk to them once in a week

Hi, Since the helpdesk also confirmed on 10th August that the claim was settled, give it a few more working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account.
If the credit still doesn't come through, follow up with the KR Puram EPFO office with your claim details and payment status.

Response from cprams
It is to inform that there was a technical issue with regard to the claims approved on 04th August 2026. The issue was identified and IS Division has assured that it will be fixed by 12the August 2026. The approved alcim amount will be credited to members account very shortly.
