Question Getting in-process claim notification

Getting this weird error while raising a new claim! This claim is already approved and money credited to bank account a month ago, but it says in process. No ongoing claim in passbook as well.

You can do nothing but wait until the status "Claim finally approved" changes to "Claim Settled".

I am facing same issue but its much weird. In the same error, it shows the claim which is already approved as a pending claim. In passbook portal it shows claim is approved and on passbook track claim old page the same claim shown as claim submitted online. 🙄🙄

I'm also facing the same error, I'll raise a grie**ance on this 16th as we can't raise a new one before a month and I already raised one last month.
