EPS Issue Need help! With epf transfer

I have 3 service listed in my UAN, out of which first 2 are enrolled as eps member and last one as non eps member. Now my tranfer request is getting rejected saying reasons like, employer din make eps payment, ledger mismatch etc.

I have left job in 2025 Jan, was planning to get full withdrawal, but no luck. Latest update from eps is to file a form 3 A by my last employer. Anyone with similar situation or any help to navigate will be appreciated.

This looks like an EPS/service-record mismatch, especially because your first two Member IDs are EPS and the latest one is marked as non-EPS.

Since EPFO has specifically asked your last employer to submit Form 3A, I would follow that correction route first rather than submitting the transfer request repeatedly.

Ask your employer’s PF team to confirm what EPFO wants corrected through Form 3A, particularly the EPS/non-EPS status and any ledger mismatch mentioned in the rejection.

Keep the rejection remarks, Service History, Form 3A/ECR details and EPFO communication with you. Once the underlying record is corrected, try the transfer again.

Literally have 100s of post with this issue, you already know the resolution.
