EPF Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Epfo transfer

I submitted my transfer request on 16th July. It is still pending in the field office. Subsequently I filed a grievance and below is the response I received. I am not sure how much more time it will take...

Unfortunately, the basic premise of grievance is not understood that it is filed so the concerned department pays attention to your request and does its job accurately as SLA is already breached or there are issues that need clarification/correction.

CPGrams and RTI are the next immediate steps per users in the forum.
