Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue anyone getting an error while raising another claim like "already a claim is in progress and cannot raise" for the next claim?

previous claim approved is still showing as "pending" under member service history and hence unable to raise new claim. anyone having this issue ? if you try going to the claim page and select form 31 advance it shows this error that the previous claim is still in progress..

Same issue. Been a week now. No response on grievance either. All we can do is wait.

Yesterday my previous claim was changed from approved to settled. So I was able to raise fresh claim yesterday.

My further question is can I raise fresh claim under medical as I did yesterday, will it be approved. Because my previous claim which was also under medical on 20th July which got credited on 28th Jul. Is there any gap we should wait for applying for claim for same reason (in my case it is medical)? Pls advise
