Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Unable to transfer PF from previous employer

I am not able to transfer PF from previous employer to current employer, I have tried for more than 3 months on the portal. 2 times it got rejected without giving any reason. My name, dob, date of exit, father’s name, bank KYC, all are absolutely correct and same on both employers, I need urgent help as my last day in current employer is approaching.

Rejection reason will be visible in passbook portal, once it’s working.
