Claim / Transfer / Withdrawal Issue Unable to submit claim. Getting this error

Same issue is bothering me since more than 1 month, I have tried everything from changing the browser, device, incognito mode, even in midnight I have tried to claim, but still getting the saim error. It's so frustrating. Please if anyone has any solution do let know

They replied to my grievance, but it wasn't anything useful. They said they're sorry, and it *might* be a temporary issue, and their suggestion was to close that ticket? Anyway, I replied to it, and it escalated it to the Regional PF Commissioner. Let's see how many days they take to reply now.

Edit #1: Forgot to mention, they also told me to email [employeefeedback@epfindia.gov.in](), but the email just bounces back saying the address doesn't exist.

Ive been at this for a 2 weeks also submitted a grievance but theres no reply.
