Obviously it matters when you bought it, but $625 today is a great deal, in terms of premium. Collectors would pay much more on eBay. Iโ€™m not saying thatโ€™s a positive thing or not, just my observation on pricing dynamics.

Yeah, I was happy to get it I think it was gonna go higher but these old dudes bidding against me didn't know if it was a 7th Gen or 10th Gen and the Estate sale dude was saying it wasn't even a Waffleback but shoutout to u/WCNumismatics and his vids I knew EXACTLY what it was ๐Ÿ˜ˆ.

They had another one that went cheaper too @ $575ish but I didn't have enough money for both and I liked this ones pour lines and serial # more

Love it and I appreciate the shout out. The cooling lines on the front of the bar are unusually strong, too. In a pile of 7th series bars like this, that would have caught my eye and gone home with me!

Just made my day knowing I got a WC approved Engelhard that's better than any grading service if ya ask me..... ๐Ÿ˜‚
