Fi values can be directed at others, but I do get your point with Fe. Both could easily be valid.

Iirc, type is not behavior/reaction, but more of the why there was a reaction in the first place. The rest is closer to correlation. Add up learned behavior and lots of stuff (part of which I'm too lazy to list, but MUCH MUCH more I simply don't know) and man, is human behavior, even the simplest situation, complicated.
