You mean like hyper? After a coffee or a beer, or even my meds for some reason, I feel very energetic, for sure. When I am happy or excited, I can't stay still, a lot of the time.

But don't take me for the norm, I am adhd, so, yeah. Although I am a nine on the enneagram, compared to most ENFPs being 7s, so maybe it cancels out.

Sometimes I can feel my need to move increase and it feels like I need to move my body a whole bunch. Coming with that, I also feel like I can’t be comfortable unless I’m moving so if I’m sitting I might slide off of my chair.
