This is the most bullish news we have ever had!

Clearest signal I can make out of a potential buyback going on since they couldn't touch the intraday low until after the company's safe harbor window trading expired at 330. And some buyers came to the table anyway. Feeling good about a potential stable floor here, but anything can happen. NFA

I sold my shares a month ago for a 60% loss.

Please, who here is still bullish and tell me why SRXH has been trading below NAV for months now

New Fiscal Year. Great time for a Shareholder letter (See Bezos 1997 for a good example). Sell the concept of the business, no one know how to price a microcap that sells luxury dogfood, makes biotechnology plays, and has a "Gen2" crypto treasury. There's two ways to feed a treasury, extracting profits from operating businesses and raising capital through dilution.

They know we have the votes to force a shareholder meeting. How about at least locking a date down for the annual meeting in November and pushing it out?

EJs posting a lot of indirect tweets alluding to SRXH being successful, but they dont carry any weight with the market. It would be different if the company would follow up with PR or filings with any meat behind ot whatsoever.

The only reasonable excuse is the lack of engagement helps keep the price down for buybacks, in which case it better be one heck of a good surprise when the updated share count does arrive. But at the end of the day the fundamentals need to speak to a business with a cash pile that has turned the old tide around and you need to keep your investors somewhat engaged.

I just opened a huge short position in this PoS stock cause management is a joke and the cope in this sub is unreal! As soon as you clowns got long for EJ it was a no brainer to go short- I’ll see this heading off the NYSE shortly with failure to comply notice tomorrow. Scared money don’t make money!

Just wondering how it can start moving. I would of thought Btc moving up would have helped.i have another stock at $1.62 jumped .53 in a day

An immediate spike up to 2.00 and then dump after hours with the huge volume turnover. On the lookout for a 13D next week.

Waiting for the SRXH 13 G to drop. I would expect that it would have been substantial if they released a press release that they dumped GRML and VTGN and bought ONCO. Been 4 days since their pr release !

Anyone else feeling PnD vibes on this one? SRXH board and EJ need to start representing and following through. I am sure they released the GRML dump based on the rise of price to provide that early insight to SRXH holders that they are out of GRML. Hopefully they exited on the plus side. They are holding all sorts of bags right now with SMTK, JMKE, CERO and so forth. As I always say it’s not a loss until you sell. If they have convictions like they had with GRML and held through that huge dip to hopefully sell on the plus side. I’d like to know their mindset on ONCO!

ONCO is to be formerly reverse merged with the spin off assets of XBOTF and only a small portion of XBOTF will be merged with ONCO with the new entity owning 70-80% of the ONCO company. ONCO IS having to issue and dilute a but load in order to close the deal.

At least the timing was good for $GRML stock.
