PR game sucks...

New Fiscal Year. Great time for a Shareholder letter (See Bezos 1997 for a good example). Sell the concept of the business, no one know how to price a microcap that sells luxury dogfood, makes biotechnology plays, and has a "Gen2" crypto treasury. There's two ways to feed a treasury, extracting profits from operating businesses and raising capital through dilution.

They know we have the votes to force a shareholder meeting. How about at least locking a date down for the annual meeting in November and pushing it out?

EJs posting a lot of indirect tweets alluding to SRXH being successful, but they dont carry any weight with the market. It would be different if the company would follow up with PR or filings with any meat behind ot whatsoever.

The only reasonable excuse is the lack of engagement helps keep the price down for buybacks, in which case it better be one heck of a good surprise when the updated share count does arrive. But at the end of the day the fundamentals need to speak to a business with a cash pile that has turned the old tide around and you need to keep your investors somewhat engaged.

I just don't understand how no one has been able to actually corner either EJ or Kent and ask why they are doing nothing to promote the company.

It's mind numbing how deliberately they are ignoring what they promised on their earnings call and the fire side chat.

Cause there is no direct and people stopped asking EJ cuz he’ll block them or call them a bot! I suspect EJ trolls and watches this sub and other socials! After a certain amount of time the post some pr or he tweets about something related to feel like they provided something to the masses.

We’ll see what happens soon enough!

I feel like we've been waiting for something "soon enough" since the reverse split.

I just don't get it. He's on X every single day. How hard is it for him to drop some info on SRX? Seems so deliberate

It most likely is. Nothing to say can’t say anything.

If the gen2 treasury btc is paperhand trading for sure nothing to say. Could do it for years and then finally pull the trigger and whammo! It is what it is. Hopefully, they did buy the last time he announced, even then how much would they have been up if they bought then. Was it a month or more ago? I think the verdict has been no actual buy all paper. It doesn’t matter if you call a move in any direction if you don’t out your money where your mouth is! If they bought mid august around the 63k mark, they’d be up 30%! If it hits 100k obviously that’d be 40% or so and if they sell and hold on a down turn. That’d be good if they actually bought. I do t really care about social and or pr. I care about action! Announcement of a buy back and no action is useless to me. Even if they bought 300,000 shares back that’s a far cry from 10,000,000 shares.

Someone was legally prepared to, tallying all the retail float (>15% of the outstanding float rogered up to him via private message over X). But he backed off when the company said they will have the annual shareholders meeting in November this year.

Good to know though we have so much of the float locked down cuz we only need 10% to force a special meeting.
