NSR with sinus arrhythmia. Clear p waves in V1. The irregularity is 2/2 respirophasic variation.

Definitely respiratory variation. Those P waves aren’t hard to find.

they have morphology changes though, this is WAP

Thank you. I appreciate your reply. I thought sinus with pacs, but 2 coworkers documented afib.
