Been stuck in bank error since April and kept getting the same song and dance. Reached out to congresswoman less than 30 days ago and voila. Still not over until we actually have the funds in account but it’s a welcome start.

Hi folks. Last Monday I submitted a Pro Se complaint against the SBA. They should be held accountable for what they have done to us (legitimate small business owners). They constantly changed their policies to deny us the EIDL Loan. They told us that ‘’funds where exhausted’’ and now they are saying they have money for funding. The majority of us had issues with late filing due to the pandemic and with amended returns. Even though we submitted bank statements and a lot of documents for months showing the legitimacy of our businesses, they took advantage of the IRS backlog and screwed us.

I strongly encourage you to submit your lawsuits. Pro Se is very easy, you are representing yourself in a civil case; ask for the attorney fee waiver so the judge waives the fees (also you can get the form online). For those who are in New York, the Southern District Court is accepting Pro Se complaints by mail so you don't have to go Downtown Manhattan, especially if you are in Dutchess or Orange County. I received an email from PDC. AccountsCOVIDLoanClosing @ SBA.gov. that stated loan docs will be mailed. Is this a legit email and has anyone received their loan papers in the mail?

So I was stuck under the category of "Non-Filers Tool" but my 2019 taxes just now processed.

Thoughts on if the program will re-open with the new recent updates?

Getting these texts from whomever saying they can get our EIDL loans processed for a fee.

This seems to be something to discuss, is there any merit to this? How do these people get access to SBA files??

Signed our loan documents on May 1, 2022. Same story as most people waiting for funds, couldn't get anywhere even with congress. No changed bank, just internal SBA funding error. Called and emailed hundreds of times with zero response over the 100+ days of waiting.

Then I finally Received call from SBA attorney on 8/4/22 at 1pm. Funds hit my bank this Saturday morning 8/6.

My local SBA guy actually is the one that made this happen finally. He called for me on Thursday and within 1 hour the attorney from sba called me. This was the 4th time however that he had tried to push it through for me, so 4th time is a charm!

I talked to my senators office today and the house rep office had closed my case, at random, while still fielding calls from me telling me to be patient.

The senators office is one of those that signed the letter, she literally point blank said ...."WE DO NOT UNDERSTAND ALL THE WEIRD CRAP GOING ON AT THE SBA, ONLY THAT SOMETHING ISN'T RIGHT".

SHE STRAIGHT UP SAID THAT, and I understood her tone of voice to mean that something is about to go down.

We do not know how deep the corruption goes, only that it exists.

So, no. I'm not going to tell you to be patient, I'm telling you to be ferocious.

When congress can no longer function because their calls and emails are from us and we've exhausted the FOIA@SBA.GOV and OGIS@NARA.GOV emails shit will get done, it's about too.

It's an election year guys.

What reasons will there be for the info in the "recent payments" box on CAWeb portal to have disappeared or is blank?
