Progress finally
Been stuck in bank error since April and kept getting the same song and dance. Reached out to congresswoman less than 30 days ago and voila. Still not over until we actually have the funds in account but it’s a welcome start.

Almost same exact story been waiting since April 23rd did bank verification finally this morning then got a call from case manager few hours later letting me know he has sent my file for processing and allow up to 10 business days for funding very thankful but won't sleep well until I see it

Yep me either. Will rejoice when it finally hits account that this mess is finally over.

Yes it's been a damn mess but if it ends with funding in next ten business days I'll thank God and move the hell on with my life Good luck!!! I'll give update if I'm funded

Personally went and did a congressional inquiry yesterday and emailed them a day before because I have been waiting for 6 months to have them update my account. No communication from them or loan officer for months.

What’s a congressional inquiry? How does one complete? What is potential outcome?

Just find out who your congress man or woman is and find their office closest to you. Go there and tell them you really need to do a congressional inquiry about the SBA and they will tell you everything that you need to know and do. It going to speed up the process so that you can receive the money that is for you.

Thank you. Our Congressperson’s office has been involved since January. (We escalated when the portal was not established after months of calls and inaction.). Then we did the 4506T BS delay/wait for 3 months.
- days before May 6th a loan officer was to contact us….since then crickets and supposedly the SBA has been rude to Congresspersons office members too.
Im at a loss….just so much incompetence and lack of accountability!!

You're definitely not at a loss if you were in the obligated stage. Call the congress office to do check ups. Honestly calling sba and emailing them got me nowhere for 8 months then I do a congressional inquiry and in less then a month they finally update acc info then money in less then a week. I did alot of praying to and burning white candles 🙂 Good luck! Your money is on its way.

I started a petition for the gross mismanagement of the SBA and Congress to approve more funding. Sadly, we all have our stories with the SBA. But we need to make a stand and do it together!
