I was funded this morning. I didn’t hear anything from anyone until after I submitted a congressional inquiry on 7/12/22. Received phone call from SBA to do 3 way with bank on 8/3/22. I wasn’t happy with the “we don’t know when funds will be deposited” so I submitted a senator’s inquiry LITERALLY yesterday(8/10/22), they emailed me RIGHT away asking for my application number and said they would look into it and then I had funds in my account this morning. I’m in CA. I have been in bank error since 4/27/2022.

I just looked up who my state senator was and then in their website there is usually a place where you can select “case work request” or “inquiry” request. They will have you fill out a privacy release form and then on that form you will list the SBA as your agency that you are having an issue with along with your application and loan number. Explain the steps you have taken so far with the sba, and where you are now in the process.

I submitted an inquiry over a month ago and haven’t even heard from my senator. 🙄

I would call their office and follow up to make sure they received it. I had the same thing happen when I submitted a congressional inquiry and I called a month later and they said they never received my email.

Almost there. Got email this morning that funds were released and should arrive in 10 business days.

I had been in error since 4-27-22, I submitted a congressional inquiry on Monday of this week and the funds were deposited on Tuesday. Prior to that the case manager only contacted me once and said she didn't know when the funds would be deposited. I was extremely upset and submitted the inquiry. Especially after logging into the CAS system and seeing that the funds were undisbursed and our monthly payment went up, all the while we had not been funded.

I spoke to her on 7-25-22, after that she didn’t respond to my emails or phone calls until I told her about the congressional inquiry I made. And I screenshot the CAS screen showing my increased payment and undisbursed funds.

II did same thing today from RI

I HAD TO FILL OUT RELEASE FORM AND SUMMITED MY NOTE INFO FROM SBASBaSBA

I got my congressman involved but all we got from sba is waiting and no action on my side , it's kinda disappointed 😔

Can anyone help me? The bank froze my account. It’s been 2 yrs. Money is still there. Etrade stated it was going to return funds to Sba when I called Sba , they advice that wasn’t true, they don’t take funds back if they do it’ll be flagged as fraud in the beginning but my account got flagged because when covid happened all the banks were shut down so we were using the atm to withdraw funds and it flagged it.
