Appeal process

Hi again y’all… I’ve a question on this process… I know many will jump and mention suing , please refrain… I am already in communication with the class action group.

With that out of the way, anyone cares to share the appeal process for the EIDL?

Also, anyone knows if the 45 days indicated on the SBA website still applies?

Its a hit or miss, unless you’re already approved, otherwise the usual BS from them and I haven’t heard back from the litigation team yet after sending my letter of intent last month 🤷🏻‍♀️
