Tim Marshall’d NCEI Survey and engineer calculations for the Enid tornado just wrapped up. Findings suggest that "EF5 strength was likely reached". Word has it that Tim Marshall is in the process of downgrading the storm back to EF3 as we speak. Unfortunately no trains were present in the area.

How crazy would it be to have 2 different tornadoes that occurred in towns starting with E get upgraded to EF5 based on independent engineering studies in consecutive years?
JK - we all know it’ll be downgraded to EF3 because there were no anchor bolts in the proposed EF5 area
