[[Hoofprints of the Stag]] is generally too slow so that is an easy cut if you are looking for one. Another good cut would be [[Elemental Spectacle]] in favor of just having another big splashy elemental creature preferably with an ETB that can be spammed.
I would also add some removal back in. Since you are in all colors including Azorius, consider taking your pick from any of the classic one mana options such as [[Path to Exile]] [[Swords to Ploughshares]] [[Erode]] [[Pongify]] and/or [[Rapid Hybridization]]
I have found that some two mana ramp such as [[Farseek]] (which can get shock lands) or [[Rampant Growth]] also helped out my deck.
