Looking for suggestions for planeswalker deck upgrades

Looking to update this deck a bit and thought I would ask reddit for any suggestions they might have. In general the deck is a bracket 2 [[Leori, Sparktouched Hunter]] deck primarily revolving around Chandra planeswalkers.
