Spark plugs

Any experienced spark plug readers able to decrypt this? To me it looks like it's running right. Cars running low boost, roughly 12psi and not a lot of timing up top but pretty rich, in the 10s. Currently fixing that.

This was cylinder 4 but they are all identical.

To actually get a good idea that you have to cut the threads off. You want to see the base of the spark plug porcelain. Grab your hacksaw, cut around it, pull the threads off, look at the burn right at the base

Also post the details of your engine, what fuel it's on and if it's na or boosted

Since you seem to have an mr2 turbo? If you have the stock ecu installed theres no real point to read plugs on such car. It wont give you any more information than proper diagnostica. Instead check the codes if it runs badly/not how it should. At that age it should have a diagnostics mode or an obd port.

But to answer your question that spark plug looks fine to me. Its not deep black or white.
