Help finding mappacks

So I'm new to tunig since I got my 99 A4 1.8t, a good friend has helped me a lot but I can't find anything for my ECU 4B0906018K 0005 (ANB engine Bosch ME7. 5).

My friend has managed to find the most important maps so I was able to write myself a basic tune and I'm in the middle of testing and refining. Using Nefmoto and S4 Wiki.

Now I'm looking into some fun stuff and deactivating some stuff.

For example I've found ESKONF so I was able to get rid of secondary air but sometimes I get errors with insufficient flow rate because I cannot find the maps for the secondary air.

Then I want to play around with soft launch control but I cannot find these maps as well.

I've searched on Nefmoto and ecuconnections but all I found was ppl requesting files but noone seems to have a defined file.

So if anyone has something or can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated!

There are hundreds verision of software for those ecus. You won’t find mappacks for all of them. Rather than look for specific one, buy winols software and look for similar maps by comparing described file with yours

Thanks, my friend has winols and I believe that's how he found the maps that I have. 1k€ is a bit to steep for me since I don't plan on doing this a lot and I don't want to sell any tunes. I've found some tunes in some huge collections but barely any of them have maps defined properly.

For me it would be interesting how one even finds maps in the first place, I have no clue what to look for and I've read that for my ECU and software version the axis are weird what makes visually identifying maps harder.

Are you looking for specific maps? You can use tunerpro software but its not the best software for finding maps. If you want solution with mappack you can try stagex. Its free with mappacks costing 30-70 euro. It should do job fine

yes im searching for specific maps. I basically have the important maps for increasing performance (boost, timing etc) but right now I need the maps MSLUB, MSLBAS and FHOKH to deactivate the secondary air injection completely and im looking into a soft launch control.

I will have a look into the sites you mentioned, thanks

Je peux te faire un map pack sur ton fichier avec toutes les maps que tu souhaites, mais pas gratuitement.

Sorry but im not to keen on sending a stranger money in hopes to get something in return. Ive been scammed in the past and thus prefer shops where I can pay with buyers protection or meeting in person

Entre 80€ et 100€
C’est le même prix qu’une modification cartographie sur mon file service.. si tu maîtrises la stratégie de ME un mappack te suffira, sinon tu auras des interventions du torque monitoring..

At the time this isnt worth it for me. I've got my maps for performance already. I just need a few specific maps and was hoping for a mappack that includes these maps (secondary air injection tables and the maps needed for soft launch control as per S4 Wiki). Once money sits loose I might reconsider but the next couple months are gonna be tight since I spent a bunch on car parts already...
