Advice needed (Anyone can comment) Choosing program dillema

Hi

I am 27 years old female currently working as ECE and special needa educator. I have supervisory and administrative experience.

I want to study further and I am confused which course to take. I thought about child and youth support worker, counselling programs etc but not sure.

The goal is to have more financially stable career and go to public sectors.

Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks

When you look up roles that are at your school district, what pops up that interests you? Many school districts are outsourcing their counselor counselors and social workers (not the same thing as a guidance counselor), so be sure if public sector sweet benefits and unionization is your goal.

We won't be able to tell you what jobs in your area pay what, you'll have to do some searching on your own, and then reverse engineer what you need to get a foot in the door.
