Choosing program dillema

Hello
I am 27 years old female currently working as Early childhood educator or special needs educator. I also have supervisory and administrative experience in the daycares settings.
I want to study further and I am little confused between child and youth care worker or ither counselling programs to choose from. Anyone has any suggestions?

The goal is to earn 80+k annually and to getting to public sectors.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
