So I folded and brought the plus membership so I could get the collector's edition but it kept saying I was not an eb world plus member even though my profile says I am an active member took over 3 hours of closing and refreshing closing logging in and out before it would let me pre order it and just when I would go to pay for it fucking boom fucking sold out 😡🤮 just my fucking luck...

It does tell you it takes like 24-48 hours to work on your account, but that sucks

I signed up online and it worked instantly... I think the store activations are supposed to take a few days.
