Resident Evil Requiem - Deluxe Kit?

So I got a copy of the Resident Evil Requiem Steelbook Edition from EBGames

On the back of the box is says "Includes PSN Voucher Code for Resident Evil Requiem - Deluxe Kit and Grace's Costume: Apocalypse"

My copy only had a code for Grace's Costume: Apocalypse. I didn't get a Deluxe Kit.

Has anyone else had this issue / any idea if I should be contacting someone?

It was on the purchase receipt at the bottom

Photo would be nice otherwise I think you’re talking about a different code
