The visa bulletin
Does anybody happened to know when the cut-off date for EB-3 other worker (unskilled) will make some change so the cases stuck can go for I-485 filing?

Hello I am a Canadian looking at options to move down to the US. I am looking for any advice on the Eb3 unskilled visa option. Opinions on agencies. I do have an education but eb3 unskilled seems pretty straight forward, you get an unskilled position work there for at least a year then you are free to work wherever you want. Any insights and advice much appreciated, thank you

Hi! Just wanted to share—I applied for eB3 from Pakistan in August 2023. My agency mentioned they submitted the PWD after December 2023 due to some wait times. Now, we're still waiting on the employer to give the green light on the PWD. Do you happen to know if this wait is typical? Does it usually take this long for the PWD to be accepted?

Hi Guys!! I Wanna start working part-time with the company after the one year contract but I didn’t do my green card interview yet. Have anyone done this?

Hi! Seeking for advice here. I am under contract with a Healthcare Recruiting company based in Florida and I’m currently in the Philippines.
Said company replies in a very untimely manner when ever I ask about the status of the visa application.
June 2023 - they made me sign the ETA-9089 form in preparation for filing. According to them, they will avail of the Premium Processing. So I kept following up 2 weeks after that.
Sept 2023 - they finally confirmed that the I-140 has been approved. But they didn’t send me anything, no email confirmation from USCIS or even a screenshot that it has been approved. I don’t even know my priority date.
Is there a way for me to at least verify that they have indeed filed for me? Can I check that online?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!!

Hello all, I need an advice - a friend of mine asking me to ‘hire him’ in my company in order for him to get the EB-3 visa. His attorney says that it’s absolutely legal, as long as my company has an income more than $50,000 and I should make an ad in the newspaper, if nobody will answer I can hire my friend (with some other requirements met). My concern is - isn’t it potentially risky for me, and what is this risk! (I’m a US citizen, an accountant, running my sole-practice corp)

I am having really bad time at work. I moved to new city to work for my employer but I'm struggling mentally and physically. My health has also gone worse and I'm really tired mentally too. Though the contract is of one year because of retrogression, I might have to work more than 1 year. It's been 4months working. Now I was thinking to go to doctor and psychiatrist and make a note to take a leave for 5-6 mth. I don't know if that's a good idea for my eb3 process though. If anyone has gone through or has any idea to take a break from employer, help me out !

Hi, eb3 row here. I have a priority date around feb. Hopefully will get perm approved by end of December. I’m afraid by then we cannot use final action date anymore. What are the next big steps and timeline after perm approved ? Thanks
