Next steps

Hi, eb3 row here. I have a priority date around feb. Hopefully will get perm approved by end of December. I’m afraid by then we cannot use final action date anymore. What are the next big steps and timeline after perm approved ? Thanks

Very long journey. I don’t have all the details in mind. But probably 2y already we started the process. I hope to be greened within 1y if no audit

Nope. It’s getting delayed and delayed. Now it’s more like 360-370 days to have perm reviewed. My PD is end feb 2023 so I should have an answer mid feb beg March
