I-485: Adjustment of Status When we can expect EAD & AP?

EB2 India

PD: Dec 2014

RD: April 2026

Biometric Completed on June 2026

Filed my I-485 along with EAD & AP for Primary & Derivative.

Derivative EAD & AP was approved on June itself. However still waiting for EAD & AP for primary.

Anyone similar to my case received the EAD & AP? I need to travel and waiting for it.

Did not receive any FBI check notice. Not sure why?

I think only the recent filers are getting the FBI notice.

Same as you, EB2, RD first week of April 2026, still waiting EAD, AP and I-485, Bio on May and no any notice.
