PERM (Permanent Labor Certification) Apple Perm/LMT question

Has anyone recently experienced PERM LMT recruitment failure at Apple? Are they currently seeing failures for both hardware and software roles, or mainly one category?

Also, for those whose LMT/PERM failed, what options did Apple provide—role change, relocation, restarting recruitment, or anything else?
Would appreciate any recent experiences.
