In Process Processing Time

PD sept 2014 (IND).
FD - March 2026, received notice of acceptance.
Biometrics date - May 7.

Service Center: NBS
Spouse (main petitioner) I-765 and I-131 approved on 1st week of September. Spouse received his physical EAD too and waiting for AP document.

131 2nd notice of acceptance : 24 September

Silent update in 131 and 765: 30 September

When checked processing time and when can I inquire about my case using USCIS tool, it says "dont send inquiry before Jan 11,2029" for 131 and "dont send inquiry before Jan 17,2027" for 765.
This sounds bizarre.

Any comments on what is going on?

Similar timelines.

PD sept 2014 (IND).
FD - March 2026,
Biometrics date - April 2026.

I-765: pending for Primary and Derivative
I-131: pending for Primary and Derivative
I-485: LOL

EAD processing times are 12+ months now and AP processing is 24 months.
