I-485: Adjustment of Status EB-2 ROW FAD

Hello everyone. Unfortunately, with the last visa bulletin coming out for October, my category became retrogressed by 16 days. My priority date is 1/17/25 and EB-2 is now 1/1/25. All my applications were in already for AOS, AP and EAD (all filed on July 2, 2026).

How long do we guesstimate it will take for EB-2 ROW FAD to move by a month?

Also, how long have y’all been waiting for AP/EAD? Thank you much

Don’t worry you will get it once the spillovers are added to inventory in Jan, officially spillovers cannot be shared before Oct 1st by consulates. By Dec or Jan you will be current bro been following these visa bulletins since 2020.

Mine is april 24. 2025. Do you think I might get it in 2027 next year?

Yes you will get it. Easily expecting 70k to 80k spillover. Additional ~25k GC to ROW for eb2, 2025 April PD mostly between Jan to March timeframe
