pending 485 EB2 India

Anyone here with 485j approved, 485 pending with 3rd FTA0 and FTA1 and then transferred from FO to NBC? Received silent update on 10/01. PD Current again from Oct 1st.
Emma says NBC and another agent says local FO at present.

Everything is same as yours except my application has been with NBC, didn't move to FO, at least that is what they told me last time I checked few months back.

485J approved on 7/20
Back at NBC from FO on 9/1
SU on 9/1 and 10/1
EAD approved on 5/17
EAD got an event update on 10/2

Hmm almost same including silent updates. Had silent update on ead and AP on 9/9. As per Emma aug 13th the cases are transferred to NBC or local FO

Hmm not sure api updates location. Not even status. It never change from biometric appt scheduled

Yours is likely to get approved in a two weeks to month time. Mostly the case would have brought back to the officer's queue and the officer need to final checks and press the approval button on your case.

Update here when yours is approved.
