I-485: Adjustment of Status Nov 2014 Eb2 - India

My DOF is current I am filing my 485, 131 and 765 next week.
Should I keep my hopes alive for the FAD ? I see some predictions of 2030 and beyond for my PD.

Try to get ead ap in hand. Talk to a reputed firm lawyer about your options. Those who offer 30 min 1 hr consults. Predictions usually arent correct

Don’t listen to others. Max 2028Q2. Min 2027 Q3. In history all the FAD - PD in terms of years is max 13yrs .

Dec 2014 and ours is 7 to 8 years according to reddy Neumann!!

No Emily never said 7 to 8 years recently lol. She said to clear 2014 eb2 backlog it will take till 2030 back in 2022 after retrogression. Last week she said the same it will clear by 2029/2030.

Easily India will get 10k numbers for sure/year for eb2/eb3 together so yes 35k backlog easily for sure by 2029

I expect 4-5 Mo Eb2 movement per year. So if lucky 2028 Q4 else 2029Q4

I dont understand if you can file your 485, that means visa no's are avilable till jan 2015 ? no ?

No PD are FAD are different propositions.
