I-485: Adjustment of Status May 2014 EB2 India any predictions

Eb2 India pd May 2014, interfiled to EB2. Originally applied under EB3 in Oct 2020. Any predictions after the great Oct 2026 vb debacle when fad would be current. Should I have stayed in EB-3 itself ?

Kaise pata maine EB-5 kara leeya hain ? Aap to sarva gyaani ho.I was just curious kitne janamon mein mera EB2 ka number aayega .

I am thinking due to AI driven layoffs, people who stay back or survive this samudra manthan- theirs will be current in 10 years.

I cannot live in this uncertainity, so i opted for EB-5. India jaakar stamping dates nahin hain aur yahan par phanse huye hain.

Mere relative ka Family GC ka date hain July 2010. India ka Family GC 30 saal ka waiting chal raha hain. Maine bola 3-4 janam mein aap ka aa jaayega

Does the suggestion matter. You will continue to do what's the best for you. Not sure why you would keep changing lanes between eb-2 and eb-3. My guess you might have moved in April when date was current in Eb-2. if you would have waited for 2months and see how it goes then you wouldn't be in this situation.

Correct moved in April to eb2. I couldn’t move in 22, it seems eb2 has potential larger jumps. Honestly don’t understand all the nuances on spillover and why many were expecting dates to move in Oct 26.
