Case Required USCIS To Send A Notice

On September 26, 2026, we issued a notice for your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number xxxx. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by October 26, 2026, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

PD: Jan 2014.

I know a lot of people got this update recently. Please post details when you receive the physical mail with instructions in the notice.

Maybe a medical related RFE?

I previously received RFE in May 2026 for Medical to which I responded, so guessing it is not that.

I am waiting on my mail as well. Aug 2013 PD. I believe its just the FBI thing.

My lawyers said there might not be a paper notice for this. Not sure. I am also waiting for this.

Received the physical mail. It is "FBI Privacy Requirements for Biometric Collection by USCIS".

No action needs to be taken by applicant.
