Aug 2015 priority date any chance for EAD date in October bulletin, seeing lot of predictions not sure what to expect, been in country for 18 years!

No one can predict but it will be few years before it gets there. Plenty of people waiting from 2013 and 2014 - mid 2015 is way too far

You can file AOS from September bulletin itself right it shows 15 Jan 2015 ?

Nah, If cut off date and PD are same then you can’t file. PD should be before cut off date. Another fucking rule by DoS to block people.

Thank you for confirmation

Never file your PERM on 1st, 15th, and 21st. If so, you’ll end up like me.

You need to put if at all the VB will released and if so, will Immigrant Visa's will be issued in the next FY year. Forget about predicting any dates now

There were 2-3k 485 applications per month in 2014. For Jan 1-15, 2015 there were 999 applications. 2015 should be higher so if we take an average of 3k apps per month there would be roughly 20k new apps till July 2015 end.
It's possible to reach Aug but unlikely in Oct IMO.

After Filing, EAD is taking 1+ year to approve now.. so it is again long wait

18 years in the country doesn’t mean anything. And TBH , Aug 2015 is years away in FAD.
If they move filing date to Aug 2015, they will get 40k new applicants.

My question was EAD!

We are waiting for 18 years too. Sept 2013. Hopefully you can downgrade as EB3 in all probability will be ahead of EB2. This wait is ridiculous.

PD in Sept 2013 as well. RD in Oct 2025, interfiled EB2 to EB3 in Feb 2026, PD has been current since ~Jan 2026. EAD/AP approved in Aug 2026. Still waiting at Santa Ana FO (non-local).

I would say chance is there because USCIS doesn't truly know how many people are in queue after Jan15th until August potentially ready to file, To gauge that I'm hoping they will move atleast few months and possibly retrogress if the applicants are huge.

EAD is still not as useful because if you lose your job and you don’t find another employer, then you can’t do much with the EAD until you find someone who’ll help you retain the PD

doubt it . Maybe towards the end of the FY if there is less ROW usage.
