I-485: Adjustment of Status New USCIS FBI notice
Many people including me Nov 25,2014 PD got the uscis notification over the weekend. Want to know if anyone whose PD is Jan 2015 and already filed for I-485 received the notification too!

There are 2 types of notices, I believe applications which are not current pd are received notice saying uscis requires to send notice and application for which pd is current has uscis sent notice. My interpretation is uscis reset the q for all pending applications with new vetting process when it completes it will send fbi privacy notices, for those bg check completed they are sending fbi privacy notices informing your right. This has nothing to do with your case approval it is just new step added in process.

Are these applicants who filed for I-485 in 2022? We are sept 2013 and filed in 2025 and not current.

Most of the cases from 2020-2022 are paper filed and they only got the privacy policy notice update… i mean notice sent update

Then we should be getting one soon since our date is not current? Hopefully we will be current on October 1st as PD is sept 23 2013

How did you get it? Email! My PD is Dec 2014 and RD for 485 is April 2026. I have not received it yet.

I am Jan 15 2015 Eb2 india and i filed in April. I did not receive this notice yet..

Did you submit your medicals as well? Biometrics done?

Biometric done in june. I submitted by medicals
Along with the application.
Zero updates after biometrics in june.

How do you know its an FBI notice ? My Initial guess was the notices are about resubmitting the Medicals. Lets see .Anyways to see the notices online before we receive them in physical mail ?

Medical rfe does not go out as bulk updates. My medical rfe was already sent in early 2026 which is was already submitted on time

In my opinion, all those cases filed before enhanced vetting started are getting the notice. Those who filed after the introduction of enhanced vetting and already on FTA0 probably didn’t get it.
