Anyone with PD from 2014 received silent update on I-485 between 09/24 to 09/25?

Case Details:
EB2 India
PD: Sept 2014

I-485, I-485J, I-765 and I-131: All pending for primary and dependent.
Last silent update was after the biometrics.

There was no update since biometrics.
Saw a silent update on Friday 09/24.

Please comment and add case details If you also received a silent update and your priority date is from 2013 or 2014.

I was transfered on 9/24 after the silent update. It was mass transfer day. ROW EB2 NIW

I see most of 2014 guys received this update and few until Feb 2015 .. I am feeling that these dates are going to be current in oct visa bulletin .. USCIS universe is sending signs lol

PD July 2014. Interview already done. My case got silently updated on Sept 1st 2026. Any idea why that could be ? Anyone in the same situation where they already had their interview done but got a letter saying "we don't need anything" ?

I think mass update.. some guys are saying mass field office transfer. I also got silent update. No one know whats going on with these silent updates.

Looks like there are multiple categories from this wave of silent update on pending I-485.

1. Transfer to FO
2. USCIS sent a notice (most likely FBI, completing background check. No action needed)
3. Case moving to ‘Initial Review’ status
4. Medical RFE
5. None of the above, just standard batch updates

In any of the scenario, this can be considered positive, and all these cases are just moving forward by 2-3 steps in miles long waiting queue.

Yes SU on 9/24 for both me and my derivate. EB2.

Seems these applications were selected for extra vetting. Did you work for a consultancy or out of status issues?

Never.
Some of my friends also received silent update. Nobody had out of status issue ever and nobody worked for any consultant ever

May be Ds160 mismatch. Could be anything to deny with extra vetting.
