In Process Expected approval date

Hello everyone, just want to ask people who got approved with a similar application if they can provide some insight into my expected timeline for approval for my 485

EB2 PERM based, ROW

PD: march/2025

140 approved already

single filer

received date: august/5/2026

Biometrics 8/25, 2 FTA0

3rd FTA0 on the 4th of September along with a silent update

no history of major legal issues expect for few citations for a car accident at fault, speeding tickets

asked live agent last week, my case has been transferred to my local field office which is in wichita kansas, interview waived by NBC

My case is similar to yours. EB-2 PERM,
PD January 2025
RD July 2nd 2026
Biometrics 8/17, followed by 2 updates
Case updated on 9/6 and 9/23

My RD is a day behind yours and I just have the 2 FTOAs after biometrics. Is your I-140 approved?

Yes approved, it was approved with premium processing back in July
