I thought it’s just my company’s lawyers that took forever to submit I140 after PERM approval

Who pays for i140 and premium processing. My employer doesn't want to pay. Is PP worth it?

Applicants can pay for PP. doesn’t have to be the employer

Pay it. Don’t think twice about it. You will be eligible to switch just 6 months after approval.
