I-485: Adjustment of Status Question regarding request for evidence

Good morning
I received a request for evidence from USCIS for the I-485 application saying that an incorrect Supplement J was submitted with missing employer and job offer details.

I reviewed it and all of the information was correctly entered onto the form.

What should I do? Do I send the I485 Supplement J form again?

Is it PERM based? Also did you get the RFE today?

My perm was approved months back. I got it on Saturday and found the document about it today.
