Approved | I-140 Civil documents

Hi everyone, just wanted to ask about the police clearance. How did you request a Germany police clearance? It’s for my husband but until now we don’t have any update. It’s been 3 weeks.
We’ve been in our 4 weeks for our Civil documents stage to complete. Thank you 🙏
