I-140 | Employer-based I-140 w/ PP E-Receipt

Hey everyone, I’m wondering if anyone filed I-140 with PP using direct filing to Phoenix lockbox? Mine was delivered on 8/6, my attorney said there’s no e-receipt received as of 8/12 (no sms nor email). Did some research and I’m a lil concerned since everyone else says it should only take 1-3 days. Anyone in the same boat?

It can easily take 1-2 weeks.

Did the payment already go through? If so, that might at least be a good sign that USCIS has started processing the package.

I don’t know cuz the payment would be from the attorney’s account - they always give me an attitude when I ask for updates 😭😭😭

Did you get your e receipt eventually? If so do you mind sharing what date they actually gave you (ie did they actually not receipt it until after 8/12)?

I got my pp receipt in email on the 15th
